A long-awaited conference form a federal state for Middle Shabelle and Hiiraan regions set to open today in Jowhar, the regional capital of Sna Media, according to Abdirahman Jimale Hussein who is a former Somali Mp.

 President of Somali Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and other delegates from Mogadishu and Beledweyne are expected to reach Jowhar town to opened the conference, reports said.

Jowhar, which lies 90 Kilometers north-west of Mogadishu is hectic and in final preparation to host the enter-regional formation conference, with special security forces deployed in the town.
