Somali National Army (SNA),has conducted a wide-scale security operation in the areas of Jilib Qoodiley, Qori Madobe, and Cali Yabaal—all located in the Galgaduud region.

The Somali National Army, specifically the 242nd and 243rd battalions, conducted a large-scale operation in the areas of Jilib Qoodhiley, Qori Madoobe, and Cali Yabaal, all of which are located in the Galgaduud region.

The commanders of these battalions, Captain Bashiir Qorane (242nd Battalion) and Captain Abdi Dahir Hirsi (243rd Battalion), stated that the purpose of the operation was to prevent plots being orchestrated by the Khawaarij groups, who are known for terrorizing the Somali people.

During the operation, the forces destroyed hideouts used by the Khawaarij, and they also confirmed that security has now been established in those areas.
