The Chief of Defence Forces of Somalia, General Odawa Yusuf Rage, and his delegation were warmly welcomed at the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) Headquarters in Kimihurura.

The visit, which is part of an official working trip, aims to enhance defence cooperation and strengthen collaboration between the two countries.

During the visit, General Odawa held an important meeting with Rwanda’s Minister of Defence, Hon. Juvenal Marizamunda, and the RDF Chief of Defence Staff, General M.K. Mubarakh. The discussions focused on deepening defence partnerships and boosting bilateral military cooperation between the two countries.
