The Commander of the Somali Navy and Coastal Defence, General Abdiwahaab Abdullahi Omar, held a farewell ceremony for a group of officers and deputy officers from the Navy and Coastal Defence forces who are departing abroad to pursue studies at various levels.
During the event, General Abdiwahaab urged the officers to take full advantage of the educational opportunity offered to them and to return with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to the Somali nation and strengthen the Navy.
