Chinese Embassy in Somalia has today on Saturday offered 36'000 U.S dollars to Bondhere orphanage school in the capital Mogadishu for basic foods, education materials and equipment.

” I am donating washing machines, water dispensers, refrigerators, school beds, bed sheets, tableware, chairs, basic foods, copiers machine, printers, computers, cameras, blankets, PA system with sounders and microphones, projector and other office suppliers and so on”, Chinese Ambassador to Somalia, H.E. Qin Jian said at an event here in Mogadishu.

” Somalia is a good friend of China, a good partner between the two countries, China will continue to contribute to the development and prosperity of Somalia and strengthen the friendly cooperation between two states”, He said.

Mr. Jian hoped students to study hard,grow healthily and become talent for the national construction and development in future, saying the children are the country’s hope and future.

Orphanage Manager, Nurto Mohamed Addow thanked the embassy of China for supporting their school and added they are very much appreciated the value and importance of the donation it had for them and for orphan girls.
