Deputy Somali Premier meets Norwegian foreign Minister

The deputy Prime Minister of the federal republic of Somalia H.E. Mohamed Omar Arte has had a meeting with the Norwegian foreign Minister honorable Borge Brende in the Norwegian capital city Oslo on Thursday.
