Somali Prison Warden commissioner congratulates Somali Youths

The commissioner of the Somali Prison Warden brigadier Bashir Mohamed Jama has on Sunday congratulated the entire Somali youths on the anniversary of the Somali National Youths Day, which is always celebrated on the 15th of May every year.
