Minister Fiqi Closes Training on Budget Formulation Process

The Minister of Defence, H.E. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, today presided over the closing ceremony of a two-day training on the Budget Formulation Process held at the Ministry of Defence headquarters in Mogadishu.
