State Minister Attends Scholarship Award Ceremony for Somali Army Officers Sponsored by China

The State Minister of the Ministry of Defence, Hon. Cumar Cali Cabdi, today attended a scholarship award ceremony where 31 officers from the Somali National Army received education scholarships from the People's Republic of China.
