Post Minister asks UPU to lift sanctions against Somalia

Somalia's minister for Post, Telecom and Technology, H. E. Eng. Abdi Ashur Hassan, has officially asked Universal Postal Union (UPU) to lift sanctions imposed on Somalia that denied the country a meaningful participation in union activities.
