Mohamed Mursal becomes the new Speaker of Parliament

Former Defense Minister of the Somali Federal Republic, H.E. Mohamed Mursal Sh. Abdirahman has today on Monday won to be the Speaker of Lower House after defeating his competitor, Hon. Ibrahim Isak Yarow.
