AMISOM Deputy Force Commander receives grand send off in Somalia after tour of duty

The outgoing Deputy Force Commander of the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) in charge of Support and Logistics, Maj. Gen. Nakibus Lakara, was honoured in a send-off Friday, following the completion of his tour of duty in Somalia.
